2024 Annual HOA Meeting – 9/25/2024

McGinnis Reserve – Annual HOA meeting minutes – 09/25/2024

The meetings were called to order on 09/25/2024 at 7:00pm

Board members present:

• President
• Vice President
• Secretary
• Treasurer
• Member At Large
• CMA – Robin
• 6 residents

Items discussed during the meeting were:

• No quorum and changes to the board – current board remains on
• President discussing reason for enforcement of grass/landscaping as well as driveway maintenance
• Discussing sidewalk need for repairs. We need to possibly reach out to the city again and raise the concern.
• Look at possibly a petition to send out by CMA to get input from residents on concerns around trees. Collect responses and go to city
• Question around security in the neighborhood was brought up, but no major concerns raised from meeting attendees.
• President discussed the budget and our expenses and reason for dues being raised.
• Residents would like more communication around plans for improvements
• New resident is interested in social committee

Two small jobs fixing:

• ^{Resolve water pooling on steps going to lake}
• ^{Electric work in clubhouse – fix water fountains}
• ^{Fix door knobs on pool bathroom}
• ^{Work with Annendale on fixing fences and trimming back trees along fence}
