McGinnis Reserve – Board meeting minutes – 01/19/2022

The meeting was called to order on 01/19/2022 at 7:30pm.

Board members present:

Items discussed during the meeting were:

• PACT meeting needs to be scheduled
• Yard of the month – Andy to handle
• Metal bridge needs to have minor fixes
• 2 or 3 more trees need to be cut down
• Retention pond maintenance needed to replace posts and boards
• Solar panel guidance at next meeting
  • Look at solution
  • Vote in next meeting
• Shed to start build before pool season, 8x20ft
• Priorities for this year:
  • Shed
  • Stairs/bridge fixes
  • Trees
• Nino – check status of tennis equipment
• Bob – check status on pool equipment
