The meetings were called to order on 03/07/2024 at 7pm
Board members present:
- President
- Vice President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Member At Large
Items discussed during the meeting were:
- Board agreed to grant permission to neighbor on Lake McGinnis to cut down tree that’s overhanging over their patio and pergola
- RMS – offsite owner who owns house on Willow Glenn wants to rent house for less than 12 months. Board will not make exception and will require all agreements.
- Common area on Willow Leaf Lane – board to discuss options for that area
- Contract with Red Oak will be renewed. New provisions will allow owners to get additional trash cans for $3 per month.
- Board discussing option to repair fences and what to do for fences and guard rails at neighborhood entrance
- Board to discuss what do do about bare areas in common areas
