McGinnis Reserve – Board meeting minutes – 03/16/2023
The meetings were called to order on 03/16/2023 at 7:00 pm.
Board members present:
- Vice President
- President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Member At Large
Items discussed during the meeting were:
- Budget financial – garbage contract – no increase to members for now but increase will start at the end of June and will be $4 more per month. Robin will look for other quotes but we may not be able to avoid this cost increase
- Upgrade internet – switch to Fiber or Spectrum – Nino to look at
- GEt new cameras for tennis courts – Wyze – after internet is upgraded
- We need to pressure wash the pool deck – needs to be done correctly not to splash dirt into the pool. TJ and Robin already discussing
- TJ to look at estimate for bridges, repairing fence
- Letter to write to the house about fence not in compliance with covenant. Fence facing the street needs to meet covenants. Nino to write letter and send to board for review.
- Children and Social committee – need to see if we can get some more resource to join. Everyone to see if they know someone.
- Next meeting 6/15 – 7pm
