McGinnis Reserve – Board meeting minutes – 07/20/2023

The meetings were called to order on 7/20/2023

Board members present:

• Vice President

• Secretary
• Treasurer
• Member At Large

Meeting Minutes:

• Discussed new contract for landscaping
• Discussed house near Bob that pruned trees. Nino sent an email to Public Works letting them know.
• Discussing bridge repairs/replacement:
  • Looking at replacing two bridges with wooden/composite replacement bridges (the two adjacent to the aluminum bridge)
  • Looking at getting quotes about culverts for the other two bridges between the dock and the stairs
• Discussed financials and where we expect to be at the end of the year
• Will look at scheduling annual meeting with Robin
