McGinnis Reserve – Board meeting minutes – 09/27/2023

The meetings were called to order on 09/27/2023 at 6pm

Board members present:

• President
• Vice President
• Secretary
• Treasurer
• Member At Large

Items discussed during the meeting were:

• Call to Order/Sign in at 6pm
• No quorum met
• Board stays the same this year due to no other nominations or requests from the floor
• Budget being discussed
• Discussing Financials and cost increases
• Budget for this year was discussed; end of year reserves will not be much, estimated less than $10k
• Pool, insurance, landscaping contracts, etc. everything is up by a large percentage this year
• Dues to be increased for next year $50 per quarter more than current dues due to increases in costs
• Question around painting brick: for now, will not allow, but will reconsider
• Question around solar panels: Not up for approval now but may be looked at again at a later time
