McGinnis Reserve – Board meeting minutes – 07/28/2022-8/18/2022

The meetings were called to order on 07/28/2022 and 8/18/2022 at 7:00 pm.

Board members present:

• President
• Vice President
• Secretary
• Treasurer
• Member At Large

Items discussed during the meeting were:

• All sprinkler systems fixed
• Trees by lake to be chipped up and
• Fence repair along detention pond – needed to be resolved – estimate and hopefully work coming soon
• Allowing painting brick in the neighborhood – unanimous not to allow
• Won’t allow solar installs
• Bates – contract increase by 225 per month
• Irrigation system – maps to print out (Dax) and keep a record of electronically
• If residents not paying fees, 30 days out, key fobs will be deactivated
  • Currently $5k in overdue fees
• Amendment to ARC rules – no solar panels; no brick painting; Fescue and Zosia allowed;
• Board to send letters about damage in pool and tennis area
• Security cameras to be reviewed for damage caused
• Budget to be reviewed

Next meeting: 8/25/2022 to review and finalize budget
